The Wage System of the Companies and the Wage Dispersion within and between the Company/ies.

Based on the data of the company panel survey, this research analyzes the effect of the performance pay on how workers think of their wage system’s fairness. With this new data, this research tries the multi-level analysis, which analyzes variations both at the company and at the individual level. It is expected that this research’s analysis frame can contribute to a better understanding of the effects and limitations of performance- based human resources management.

Equal Pay for Equal Work

This research introduces the theoretical concept of ‘Equal Pay for Equal Work’ and its policy application, especially with the cases of Canada and the U.S. This study contributes to a better understanding of the theoretical and practical basis for the social system that can help realize the ideal of gender equity in the labor market.
